Who We Are
System 3, Inc. is a specialty Electrical Contractor, with capabilities in general
engineering and contracting. We primarily serve clients in the areas of Wind
Energy, Solar, Utility, General Industrial, and Commercial Public Works.
The company specializes in the construction of new wind energy towers and
large scale solar plants as well as the construction of rehabilitated substations
and their distribution. We have provided services to some of the largest
electrical utilities in the nation, such as Western Area Power Administration
(WAPA) and Sacramento Municipal Utility District (SMUD).
Our crews and support staff have teamed together to construct over 30
electrical substations over the past 10 years, with projects consistently
completed on time or ahead of schedule, We have an outstanding safety
record, supported by an IIPP plan which is unmatched in the industry.
Our experience, our people and our professionalism make System 3 a leader
